Dear Mazhor,
On December 17, 2023, I was banned for cheating on my account with ID 37772 by Loui Sana. This happened without a POV request or PC check. As a result of this ban, I was permanently banned for cheating 2/2. I did not cheat on this account, so I do not understand why I was banned. I would have always agreed to a PC check.
I made 2 Complaints against this Bann but they all got Rejectet with the Reason that I cheatet on my Main Account with the id 37977. I hope you can help me because this Bann was not right.
