Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I want to be Leader of this organization cuz I was Leader of Marabunta (en2) before so i have a good level of leadership experiences Where my life turned and gained me a lot of respect by becoming a Leader of Marabunta and i was also Deputy in many gangs in en3 so I gained many friend's and stuff like that It was un-memorable I was tried to be a leader of bloods before due to some highly experience person It got rejected I tried for Marabunta and got accepted as a Leader and I showed up myself to city but still my mind is remaining something it was like you done only 40% but still there is 60% left I need to fill this 60% and make me happier by making Bloods on TOP
2. I ma very disciplined person and still going on but before few day's it was broken due to some person's who are trying to get 100% currently I want this not happen I need show up my self again to 2 person's who spoke my leadership was Bad I need to cut their tounge and let them take thier word's back and to broke other's dream's
3. I was a HC's and deputy mostlly and one time Leader I need to increase my record's and show up like a well know person to everyone in the city each and everyone should know me and my record's I need a second chance to blow up myself I was trying to make Bloods on TOP and even more powerful than past
4. I want to complete the FZ raids + Turf + ghetto activity + store robbery. I want to posses the ability to adapt to change, embracing innovation while maintaining a clear focus on the organization's mission and goals. Furthermore, a good leader recognizes the importance of cultivating a diverse and inclusive workspace, understanding that a variety of perspectives contributes to overall success.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Events. Which one is necessary for gangs; Gun Store Robberies, Store Robberies, FZ and hostage situations will be at every single day.
2) Interviews. Second important thing for gangs. If we want to protect ourselves from warnings, we have to prepare very strong questions and take peoples interviews one by one.
3) Creating Turf Team who can reach %100 with very less mistakes.
4) Doing good RP when we are doing hostage situations and robbing in ghetto.
5) Giving bonuses if we win necessary events and our target is maximum spray profits for every hour.
6) My aim will be reach most active gang in grand rp history. I will choose my highcommands for this purpose.
7) We will accept only respectful peoples I don't want to see any drama and toxicity in Bloods.
8) Have Deputies who can lead this best gang when I am not in the city.
9) Taking both side of ghetto also spraying everywhere.
