ID-47528 did CR and blocked me.

This guy is literally THE WORST RP player,he failed rp'ed few mins ago with me too(forum post already made). He should be given either some sort of heavy punishment(demorgan of 3 hrs) or probably a warning so that HE LEARNS THE RULES ATLEAST. i am sorry for caps but he literally spoilt my mood after he did everything. On top of that he was screaming when i asked him to put his hands up.
