Grund für den Bann:
Ich wurde gebannt, weil ich in einem 1v1 Revolver-Duell gegen ein Familienmitglied den Revolver eingesetzt habe, um sie zu schlagen. Kurz darauf erhielt ich eine Benachrichtigung über einen Anticheat-Code. Leider konnte ich den Vorfall nicht aufzeichnen, da es kein offizielles Event war und somit keine Aufnahme erstellt wurde.
Warum mein Bann aufgehoben werden sollte:
Ich möchte den Bann aufheben lassen, da ich sehr gerne auf Grand spiele. Grand ist eine Plattform, auf der ich viel Zeit und Freude investiert habe. Mein Bann basiert auf einem Missverständnis oder einem technischen Fehler, und ich möchte die Gelegenheit bekommen, dies zu klären. Ich habe nicht absichtlich gegen die Regeln verstoßen und bedauere den Vorfall zutiefst. Ich hoffe, dass mein Account wieder freigeschaltet wird, damit ich weiterhin Teil der Grand-Community sein kann und meine Zeit dort genießen kann.

Reason for the Ban:
I was banned because I used a revolver to hit a family member during a 1v1 duel. Shortly after, I received an anti-cheat code notification. Unfortunately, I couldn't record the incident as it wasn't an official event and thus no recording was made.
Why my Ban Should be Lifted:
I would like to request that my ban be lifted because I enjoy playing on Grand very much. Grand is a platform where I have invested a lot of time and joy. My ban is based on a misunderstanding or a technical error, and I would like the opportunity to clarify this. I did not intentionally break the rules and deeply regret the incident. I hope that my account can be reinstated so that I can continue to be a part of the Grand community and enjoy my time there.
