Hello. I get banned 7 days for GR 3.2.

Since I'm Portuguese and I play in an English server I really don't know what I said in voice, I just repeat what the other guy speak it. Also, I don't know any word in Turkish.
That's why I'm appealing for unban!

I hope you understand and check my history of punishments to see I'm not toxic or a rulebreaker.
Are you able to lift my ban please? I really don't know Turkish, it was a mistake and I will not repeat or say words that I don't know their meaning!
