The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Leos will have a gang leader as a hostage which they ask him to tell his gang members to get the drugs here if he wants to leave so the leader will tell his members to come to FIB HQ to give the drugs but what will happen gangs will take cover near the cars and kill fight leos and leos have to fight back also which will be a big fight

Rules of the event:
no healing/patching
cant use other guns except carbine given by Admin
