Rejected GZ 1.2 I Luke Lupus

Hello Admin, me and my friend were doing battlepass task "Remove the shoe from a player 200 times" at beach market which me and my friend, both being relatively new to the server, 1. Didn’t know I had to say "I am removing your shoes" whilst performing the interaction and, 2. That this area of beach market was an unscripted green-zone and that I could not perform the interaction there. Out of nowhere, this guy came up to us and started saying "Fail RP". My friend got frustrated, killed him and cursed him in Turkish which lead the guy to put us on forums. I understand that what me and my friend did was against the rules and our punishments are fair, however the guy has an illegal gun skin and the admin failed to punished him for this. This can be seen in his POV.

Also the administrator has no right to punish me for GZ 1.2 because the player who reported me was not related in the situation therefore he can't report me for it.
