2 Three reasons why i want to become leader
1:-Firstly i have carrier as high command in different organizations.(4 times high command in NG.) (2 times high command in GOV.) (1 time high command in LSPD)
2:-My vision for the LSPD to make it free from corruption,training units who will defend their country till their life and helping the citizens in need.
3:- The important thing is that everyone in the LSPD feels safe and respected. My plan is creating a team which can be work together and
an environment that respects each other, regardless of rank.



3. My advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1:-I have a plan about toll gates,we will cover those gates and make inspections at least two times a day
2:-We'll make promotion and bonus ceremonies in return of the labor of units.Also we'll pay attention to departments like HR and İAA and they will receive some balance from bank account.

3:-We'll train our units really well and will prevent them from commiting corruption. There will be a general inspection every week to make sure everything is done fairly
