hello sir, i know i shouldnt be doing this but murs is my friend, and he is new and he doesnt know how to speak english that well, he means that he is very sorry for doing something like that and he didnt know that it was illegal to take stuff from the warehouse for his own interests, he is apologizing and hes asking to please if its possible to remove his ban in any way that he’ll highly appreciate it and he wont do something like this again.
