Hello Mr. Mazhor

I would like to do complain about an admin named ''Lavi Pluxury'' about favouristm and insulting (disrespecting) applicants.

Favouritsm
In SAHP leadership application when i sent my second application which is Rejected - Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol | Mert Mareli i got rejected for the reason of ''Too short'' and ''Low Effort'' even though i wrote everything neccesary .
And the other application with less words used than me which is Approved - Leader of SAHP | Seven Soul got approved and accepted for interview .

The second part is accepting someone with low experience in my opinions Approved - Leader of SAHP | Seven Soul this person have experience in only 2 state org which is SAHP and FIB and being experienced only with FIB. and they refused this applicant with almost same experiences Rejected - Leader Of SAHP | Jayden Societas .


Disrespecting

A lot of applicants might lie about their ages but it doesnt mean Mr. Lavi can laugh , make fun and act like there is a id*ot front of him .
In example : Rejected - Leader of SAHP | Aleks Hill , Rejected - Leader of San Andreas Highway Petrol | Harsh Mishra .



I hope you'll do an investigation and give punishment if necesarry. Thank you for reading

Aah, first of all. If you make application and lie about yourself to the admins. It is deceiving administrators, but I gave a chance and did not ban applicants for lying to us.

2nd thing is, if you want to be leader, don't break rules, your app. was being considered but you violated GR 1.1 and got banned for that.

Jayden copied application, I don't accept such leaders who can't write their own applications.

And what do you mean by low experience? Mister, for your kind information. She scored more than the other previously interviewed applicants? So, should we give leadership to a person who scored 50% in the interview or should we give leadership to the person who scored better than other 3 applicants?

He is deceiving you, even the applicant accepts he is under age by himself. And if he clears his age, we might give him chance, that completely depends.

And Mert (Thread owner) is already banned for 1.1 GR, here is his appeal.
