I have reached to a conclusion that corruptions is a bit required as we have bad cops in LSPD and a lot of people have desire of having a bio so we will be have 5 bios for corruption so that at a time everyone have a chance to get a bio and for getting bio u need to be active in city and have knowledge of corruption things.
