Leader of Los Santos Police Department.

a. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be leader of this organization because that is when I started being a LEO which was long time ago and made me fall in love with the job, it has always been a very enjoyable experience for me and I have had a lot of fun working at LSPD.

b. LSPD is an organization where many people start off their career as being a law enforcement officer and I want to make sure that I am making them feel welcomed into the org and that they belonged, I will treat them like they are family and will always push them and motivate them to continue doing their job and having a fantastic time!

c. Since I joined LSPD and started working there, it became a goal of mine to become the leader and accomplish great achievements and break records and such during my time as the leader and will try to the best of my ability to do so.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The newer people in the city that join LSPD show be taught how to do their job and have good communication skills and such and to be able to make sufficient RolePlay scenarios to make it fun to RP for everyone.
I am aware that sometimes there is favoritism going on in different organizations whether it's a gang or a state org and that's why I believe that the people that are being hired into the org should be trusted people and we shouldn't just let anyone into the org, if someone is being rude and disrespectful and don't meat LSPD standards, then we will not be hiring them because we want a fun and safe space/environment for everyone that's in LSPD or not.
LSPD should interact with other state organizations for more RP and that can be done by doing things such as PR events that will be done by our Public Relations team or it can be done by just simply working together in events and keeping up good communication with each other, etc...
Another advice I have to improve the RP experience is to simply take the scenarios more seriously, for example if an officer of mine is being held hostage, they should actually act scared for their life by not only doing what the criminals are telling him, he should also talk like he is scared for his life and that he does not want to die to make the experience for everyone more enjoyable in lively!

My Ranking structure will be as follows:
- Chief of Police
- Deputy Chief of Police
- Chief of Staff
