Leader of Los Santos Polic Department.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
a.
I want to be leader of this organization because that is when I started being a LEO which was long time ago and made me fall in love with the job, it has always been a very enjoyable experience for me, and I have had a lot of fun working at LSPD.

b. LSPD is an organization where many people start off their career as being a law enforcement officer and I want to make sure that I am making them feel welcomed into the org and that they belonged, I will treat them like they are family and will always push them and motivate them to continue doing their job and having a fantastic time!

c. Since I joined LSPD and started working there, it became a goal of mine to become the leader and accomplish great achievements and break records and such during my time as the leader and will try to the best of my ability to do so.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
The newer people in the city that join LSPD show be taught how to do their job and have good communication skills and such and to be able to make sufficient RolePlay scenarios to make it fun to RP for everyone.
I am aware that sometimes there is favoritism going on in different organizations whether it's a gang or a state org and that's why I believe that the people that are being hired into the org should be trusted people and we shouldn't just let anyone into the org, if someone is being rude and disrespectful and don't meat LSPD standards, then we will not be hiring them because we want a fun and safe space/environment for everyone that's in LSPD or not.
LSPD should interact with other state organizations for more RP and that can be done by doing things such as PR events that will be done by our Public Relations team or it can be done by just simply working together in events and keeping up good communication with each other, etc...
Another advice I have to improve the RP experience is to simply take the scenarios more seriously, for example if an officer of mine is being held hostage, they should actually act scared for their life by not only doing what the criminals are telling him, he should also talk like he is scared for his life and that he does not want to die to make the experience for everyone more enjoyable in lively!

Departments:

Human Resources and Training (HRT)
was my first and most favorite Department I have ever joined. The HRT team has been a flop for the last 4 terms and I dont want that to happen in my term or anyone else's term. As having the most experience in HRT, I know how to fix the team and maintain its reputation. My most focus will be on the HRT team because they help us to improve and stay professional.

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) is one of the fast-responding departments and has been the best in the last few terms but there is still room for improvement. We are going to make 3 types of teams in SWAT, and we will use teams in action because last term they never operated the team but in my term, there will be daily team training to improve tactics and communication!

Internal Affairs (IA) is another important department that will be handing things internally and handles stuff such as corruption and doing bodycam and activity checks and more! They will handle things IC and make sure that there is no corruption going on within the org and that everyone is doing their job the way they are supposed to and they will also make sure that all officers have the needed requirements/tools on them such as health insurance and weapons license before they go on duty.
IA and the District Attorney will be working together a lot of the times.

Traffic Enforcement (TE) was an amazing department in the last few terms but there were some problems that had to be fixed. There wasnt towing done at night time which we really need to improve on because towing should be happening at all times and to fix this, the bonuses for towing will be dobuled for officers who tow during the night time. Another problem was where no tow raids were getting done so we will increase bonus for tow raids! We will also host towing competitions for the LSPD officers to compete in which they will win great prizes by doing them.

Investigation Bureau (IB) has been pretty dead in the last few terms and the last time it was really active was in many terms ago. We will be trying to bring back that activity by going for cannabis in a convoy with all IB undercover agents collecting evidence and getting wanted criminals, this will be done 3 times in a week. We will also not allow officers that are not in IB to wear IB clothes (non-labeled hoodies and shirts), if we find people wearing them, they will receive a strike and if we find a unit who joined IB only because of uniform, he will be removed from the department.

Public Relations (PR) is a department that needs to be ran by officers that are active every day and are able to do a PR event every day (minimum of 25 PR events in each term). You have most likely seen my doing PR events in the city and making great RP within the city and everyone absolutely loves it, even Life Invaders news team has published some documents about my PR events before which makes even better RP! The Public Relations is one of the departments that I have a lot of experience in, and I know that it can be an important department, but many people think it's boring and pointless, but that is not true. It can be very fun especially if it's under control by the right people and they know what they are doing and how they should be hosting PR events and making it fun for everyone!
