Firstly he said insult we need full pov because he is cut the video. Why am I only getting punished here? He should be punished because he took the wrong POV, but I'm doing it, there is injustice here, he insults me out of role, he cuts off the parts he is talking about, I need a solution to this, I think I have been treated unfairly, regards.

Hello,

If someone insulted you that doesn't mean you can insult back.
Post your POV in players complaints so he can get punished too.

His POV shows a clear violation of the rules.
