Life Story
Palcey was a born and raised as a New Yorker. Living in the city, Palcey resided in a household that was fortunate enough to receive a good weekly income, which kept Palcey well fed and accounted for in his own home managed by his parents. Although his parents managed to keep a stable lifestyle, Palcey himself didn't feel like he was going anywhere in life. He grew up initially being seen as an outcast. in his elementary school and by his family and relatives. Palcey simply didn't like to communicate with others, and had a bunch of fears over many small and irrational things. But over time through middle school, his sociality and charisma spiked as he learned to communicate with others his age. As a young adult, going through High School was a breeze for him, despite a global pandemic affecting virtually everyone around him, his academics and ability to make friends never faltered. He was simply "a natural" as his classmates and close friends would call him. But he didn't want to just be good at school, he didn't want to be perfect at everything. Palcey wanted something that could challenge him, as because he was athletic and had good social relations and connections, he just couldn't think of what could possibly challenge him. Then he though to himself, his family had an extensive history of working in the Military and Law Enforcement Field. Both his father, grandfather, and great grandfather were all officers inside the military, serving the Philippines Navy, US Navy, US Army, and a cousin within the US Air Force. Palcey saw this as an opportunity to follow in his family's footsteps and enter a field he has never once thought of doing before. He was scared by the thought, wondering to himself if the possibility of death was better than getting a good paying job after college. He didn't know if it was worth it. But Palcey felt a sense of longing and service within himself, understanding that not only is this what he wanted, but the fear only meant he is challenging himself. Aspiring a field in the military, Palcey continued his studies at the City University of New York, majoring in aviation and aerospace engineering as well as a minor in cybersecurity to try and snag a job that will pay good within the military. During his time as a Senior in college, Palcey had found himself a partner who supported him on his journey as a Military Officer. They had thoughts and wants to have a military style wedding when he commissions. He has hopes that he can become an aviation officer in the future, but since the closest airbase that was available to Palcey with his experience and the needs of the military, he had to relocate to San Andreas, in which his partner followed along with him. They managed to rent a house for the time being, and when everything was set up and his partner found a long term job, Palcey would go on to find a local recruiter in San Andreas.
Career Story
He would eventually come to find out about the National Guard, being able to serve within his home state without having to go overseas. Palceys knowledge of aircraft gave him many opportunities within the guard, and while his Physical Training was conducted by the soldiers, he became physically capable of taking down 2 trained soldiers with just his bare hands and feet. He never had a problem during the squad runs and was always/if not, top of the class. He was able to communicate with his team without hassle., and after further evaluation, Palcey is permitted to take his aviation training, continuing onto a test that evaluated his hand and eye coordination, his experience with his avionic instruments, and his ability to fly in combat situations. He passed, and is put to his next portion of training, that in which Palcey is tested to not laugh during certain occasions, or not to give out any confidential information about his fellow soldiers and the Guard itself. He is then put of the final phase, in which things are loosened up a bit and he has to do some field work. In the meantime, Palcey loved robotics as it was one of the lessons shown during his Final Phase, He then built a miniature drone that is able to fly around at command, and built to follow no one but himself. This drone was able to record a full 360 degrees and was able to be introduced to this Soldiers as a tool that can be used to record and list things into the database. After all was proven during field work. Palcey was declared suitable to be introduced to the SASD after showing dedication to his craft, his team, himself, and The Guard.
Paranoii Palcey has now proven his ability to be an elite soldier, and now has something to look forward to coming back to his partner. He is devoted to the Guard and will do anything in his power to do what must be done. Since the military is low paying, Palcey may/will resort to other forms of work as a soldier.
Outcomes -
- (1) Palcey can take bribes. ( up to 100k )
- (2) Palcey can engage in any type of criminal activity and perform illegal actions with his friends and family.
- (3) Palcey is able to pick up guns and ammo while having his weapon out as he is fast switching on both hands. He will only do it when there is no active gunfight going on.
- (4) Palcey has any type of weapons on him at all times (on/off duty) as he finds himself to be physically safer with one. (No org weapons off duty)
- (5) Palcey will not give any info about his department to strangers or anyone that tries to force it out of his, he has perfected his training to not blurt out words by order of those other than his soldiers and superiors.
- (6) Palcey can arrest those he doesn't like (keeping in mind sufficient RP reasoning) and can lie about calling a lawyer due to his volatile emotions.
- (7) Palcey can call for backup when no one is looking as his stealth skills that built up during his training are not able to catch the eye of normal people.
- (8) Palcey can smash and break bodycams including his own. ( trying only 2 times per situation )
- (9) Palcey can kill people on/duty if his demands arent followed. (GR 6.15)
- (10) Palcey can help people escape when if they are caught doing any illegal activities due to extensive empathy.
