2 Why would you like to become Leader of LSPD ( List three reasons with an explanation ) ?
My journey started few years ago in (en1) after a long journey i took a break then i shifted to (en3) 6months ago when my journey as a leo started i have been to every organization now but saw one fault in leadership but at that time i didnt had much experience so i had long journey taking good and bad experiences in every organization to gain potential to become CHIEF OF POLICE.
Secondly , I would create a very welcoming environment for newcomers by appointing the best FTO who will train them and introduce them to our departments and help them in their journey at our LSPD.
Lastly , i would make LSPD the fastest responder to any emergency calls to reduce crimes in city i would create new Division that would be purely focused on the first response which will be called quick response force (QRF)

3 Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization?
As a CHIEF OF POLICE i would increase the use of RP commands ,
i would spread awareness everyone on how to keep their bodycam valid as in for RP because many times the bodycam is not valid and the lawyer orders to leave the 10-15 as the bodycam provided was not valid .
As a CHIEF i would do best at my point to maintain good relations with other organization
I would ensure everyone's participation in every event be it scripted or non scripted events .
In my term i would not tolerate any kind of toxicity.
