This agent was give the responsibility to carry out a warrant given by the attorney general herself and was supposed to process the detainee with 60 months (4 stars) and 50k fines total with the warrant. This agent gave out 2k fines to him and came out of jail around 15 to 20 minutes later which is way less than what was given out by the attorney general. I have not approved any biography that states that he can do any of that.
