i was banned for 30 days due to insect abuse, I didn't know what I was doing was forbidden and I'm very sorry for what I did 10 people have been banned, including our family head, already our family was a family that participated in all events informally and we participate in all events banning 10 people is a very big destruction for our family my family and I love this game very much we stay very active i want mercy from you please remove my ban I'm asking you and i promise you that I won't do it again i haven't been banned much before please turn on my ban
