Recently I received a organizational verbal but I never seemed to commit to such act it refers to a situation in which someone from my organization called me NPC in the club chat out of fun I also being in a funny mood asked what is a NPC?

Please correct me if I am wrong till my knowledge of RP mixing means using OOC terms in IC which ID: 57419 did one of my org member again and got punished but I just asked what is ban/npc in Club Chat I never mentioned them in such way I know what they mean I was just asking question what this term means.
