ALL IN POV After letting this person run away, we are shot without demands by whole of FIB. Furthermore they are alerted of our location, even though there is no global or local dropped how is this?

This is a mockery, a week ago I complained POV did not show full situation.

And now this admin comes and says not full situation, bruh THAT IS literally the full situation them shooting us, the clip is 56 seconds long, making 4 seconds a big deal now?

This is blatantly unfair, at most what admin should have done was ask other side for POV, but to reject my thread due to 4 seconds?

I ask higher ups to check this out as all that is necessary is in the clip...

Took a minute to review and reject, the video is 56 seconds.

Please explain this to me?

Even if ID 113011 was in an org, he is dresses as a civilian, you let him go, then surrounding leos started to shoot at you guys as you just robbed someone with guns drawn. I am not going to ask ID 113011 for his pov, and how would you be able to know if a global or local was dropped by a passing by cop as you are robbing out in the open on a regularly used HW.
