Rejected EN2 32837 BAN GEN 1.1?

Good Afternoon Del,

I Logged on today to see I've been banned for GEN1.1

I can 100% assure I have never shared my account, I have A tremendous amount of time and quiet a bit of money invested into this and have never and never would share my credentials with anyone.
Id like to request an un-ban, or ban appeal. or at least further explanation with a proof thread, also don't have access to post on threads, not sure what the issue is.
I did take a break playing for awhile, but returned and haven't had any issues until today.
