2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?​

In Everyone's Eyes that the LSPD is the most new players starting home, also it's a great place for both Beginner and experienced players. I want to create a community for both of them officers with a high level of role-playing . This way new officers can learn and grow and experienced officers can take more responsibilities and improve more. I want the LSPD to feel like a family where everyone is respectful and supportive. It should be fun but still professional and strict to all so people outside will understand our balance. I have looked at previous terms and learned many things from their successes. I also work in different organizations as high command to learn more things. I want LSPD to keep a strong mentality by planning carefully and being respectful and hard working of our actions. Nepotism and favoritism are big problems in the LSPD where friends promote each other. To stop this we will take test and interview also high commands to ensure only qualified and trustworthy people are promoted. We will not hire just to increase numbers but will focus on quality.​

3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

I have some great ideas to improve the roleplay in the LSPD. Instead of just waiting for things to happen we will encourage officers to be more active by getting involved in the city and take preparations before crimes happen. I have also some cool ideas to make the LSPD roleplay more fun. First officers can go out and talk to people helping prevent crimes before they start. This makes the game more exciting and realistic. Second we can involve EMS more in situations For example EMS can take care of hostages during situations making everything feel more real. Also calling EMS for medical help shows we care about the people in the game.Third we can create special teams like a SWAT . These teams can use well-trained dogs to make RP more interesting and fun. Lastly by stopping more cars and setting up speed traps we can make the city safer and more realistic.These ideas will make the LSPD more active and connected with the community making the roleplay even better!​

========THE DEPARTMENTS========​

1. Human Resources: This department will handle interviewing new citizens hiring them giving them batch numbers and logs and giving new officer training. They will also provide roles and update the organization’s roster.​

2.Internal Affairs: This department will monitor officer logs, bodycams, organization vehicles, and officer licenses. They will issue strikes for misconduct and handle complaints against officers.​

3. Parking Enforcement: This Department Will Be Looking For The Vehicles That Have Been Parked Incorrectly And Will Either Fine Them or Tow Them. They Get Extra Bonuses As Per Their Work.​

4. SWAT: This department specializes in handling robberies and hostage situations, taking the lead in these cases. They are authorized to use heavy machinery for their operations. They will also hunt for cannabis and go undercover to gather evidence against gangs.​

5.The Intelligence department (ID) : This department gathers evidence and analyzes information. They cam go undervover and take evidence aginst the gangs and families .​
