2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
In Everyone's Eyes that the LSPD is the most new players starting home, also it's a great place for both Beginner and experienced players. I want to create a community for both of them officers with a high level of role-playing . This way new officers can learn and grow and experienced officers can take more responsibilities and improve more. I want the LSPD to feel like a family where everyone is respectful and supportive. It should be fun but still professional and strict to all so people outside will understand our balance. I have looked at previous terms and learned many things from their successes. I also work in different organizations as high command to learn more things. I want LSPD to keep a strong mentality by planning carefully and being respectful and hard working of our actions. Nepotism and favoritism are big problems in the LSPD where friends promote each other. To stop this we will take test and interview also high commands to ensure only qualified and trustworthy people are promoted. We will not hire just to increase numbers but will focus on quality.
