first of all what he said i cant hear clearly because his sound is low or glitching but i left the area to check another treasure location and when i came back he killed without demands

At the beginning of the POV you can hear him giving you demands by saying " Leave the area " which is enough demand to leave, you came back so he had the right to kill you on spot.
