I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out with a heavy heart and deep regret.
I know some time has passed since this incident but i thought i may try reaching out to you again, I bought lottery tickets from the 24/7 Shop, completely unaware that they were not meant to be included in the general shop discount. I truly believed that the outcome of these tickets was purely based on chance, and I was ready to accept either a win or a loss. I'm incredibly passionate about your project and have eagerly supported it financially from the beginning.
When Roberto Fire announced on Discord that it was a bug, I was shocked and immediately stopped purchasing the tickets. My intention was never to exploit the system. If necessary, I am more than willing to return all the money earned in the game or take any other action required to make things right. I sincerely apologize for my mistake and for any inconvenience it has caused.
I made an honest error, not realizing it was a bug until Roberto Fire brought it to our attention. I deeply regret this misunderstanding and the resulting consequences.
Please, I earnestly ask for your forgiveness and hope to continue being a part of this amazing project. If a full money wipe is needed for my account to be unbanned, I am ready to accept it.
