Leos will come from Lspd HQ to the black market for search illegal people when gangs buy guns. Leos will ask passport for gangs after leos see the gangs buy weapons. Gangs will give leave the area demand. They have to fight each other after demand. If gangs kill all leos, gangs will win. If leos kill all gangs, leos will win.

TP players
Spawn cars
Give guns
Rules of the event:
no healing/patching
cant use other guns except carbine given by Admin
Prize for the winner:
250.000$ split between last those alive
