dear mr mazhor and mr alex odd, hope you are okay. Today im writing to you concerning the permanent ban i have received, due to gr 6.3 emptying warehouse for personal use. Im very sorry for my mistake, i really love the project that you have built. Its my first time being banned since i started playing. I really would like to go back to playing with my friends. If i could please ask you for a second chance and i assure you that this mistake will not happen again. I hope i didnt take too much of your time. Thanks

With all due respect to you sir, ive had friends which were banned for the same reason and they appealed and it was accepted, whys mine unappealable?and my ban was 60 days and the next day it turned into a perm ban, may i know why is that?
