sir as his pov said he said he was leaving which in my pov i didnt hear anything except "see you both on gov" now I did give him chance to run but he had 2 choices either get in his car and run away or run away through the open area but instead he ran away to the containers which could potentially give him cover to shoot and there was no way to escape from there and he decided to walk and not run which gave me 100% idea he was gonna kill us. please watch my pov
