Rejected ramming in my car for no reason and shot me with a gun

i was outside at the hospital and was working as a taxi driver, then a player started to say he will kill me and started ramming to my car . in my defence i moved my car and rammed into him 1 time so he will stop and said him to stop but after some time he started shooting at me and when i took my gun out he ran . i didnt fired a single shot at him but he fired 4 shots at me. i have recorded the part where he was ramming me but i didnt record him shooting.
