Dear Administrators, I was recently banned due to General Rule 6.17 for not being able to record my entire POV, I record all my POVs with Nvidia Geforce Experience but I noticed that I only encounter this issue because the game screen capture option is active. I fixed the problem. I am aware that all this is my mistake, but I want to apologize again and assure you that this mistake will not happen again, I would be very grateful if you forgive my mistake and lift my ban because I will lose all the products. My office, my homes, my shelter, my closets and most importantly, my very special days spent away from the server. This will be devastating for me. Thanks for your time!
