Dear Bobby,

I Got Banned For Bug Abuse But I Didn't Done Any Bug Abuse As My Wifi Got Some Internet Issue Due To Electricity I Was Near License Center When I Restarted My Wifi Router Then I Saw That Grand RP Launcher Was Reconnecting The Server After That I Got This Bug Abuse On My Screen I Didn't Do Anything.

the temporary ban has affected my ability to connect with friends and enjoy the in-game city experience. I understand the importance of adhering to platform guidelines, and I assure you that this was an isolated incident.
