As you can see from the forum witch I was reported in his pov you can see him run past me stuck in my car and calls me a loser so I get out my car and chase him then he runs to his car Witch is parked in gehtto and not a proper parking space you can see it dose not have blue P to symbol a parking lot just a space to park cars to I shoot and kill him and I feel this punishment is wrong.
