2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
~ Experience:
I have been in LifeInvader from past 5 months and i have witnessed great leadership of leaders like Minxy Malono, Hazem Prod and Lucio Escobar. During these 5 terms, I have seen many ups and downs of this organization, many failures and many successes. I believe i have the potential to uplift and fulfill the organizational goals by sharing my experiences as a Leader. I am currently holding the position of Head of Department and I am well aware and experienced about how organization operates at higher positions.
~ Skillset and Availability:
As an experienced Invader, I have been working in all of the three departments, From handling Creative events as a Front man to helping out as a volunteer, Making article as a journalist or field reporting. Always being an Asset to the organization by providing my availability at important places.
As a leader i can assure my availability whenever and wherever necessary, Weather Global events or Creative events i will be representing our organization always as a front man and a true Leader.
~ Communication:
I believe LifeInvader is an organization that requires good communication between employees to work at it's best, Especially between high commands. I speak two languages English and Hindi that makes it really easy to maintain good communication and unfold contracts smoothly between us and the client or even during the events.
I have witnessed many situations where it was necessary for someone to step up and take the command which i have always grabbed whenever required.
for example: Once there was a situation when lots of Ads were pending and citizens were complaining at Lifeinvader HQ. I took the lead and assure that each and every citizen is satisfied with our services.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
1) ADs Department:
This department need to be active 24/7. This is why we will be hiring people for the time zone in which we are lacking employees (Early Morning and Night shifts). Making sure that each person is well trained and holds the capability of doing quality Ads without major mistakes. Strength and proper training is the key for this department to work at it's best.
2) Creative Department:
Creative department has always been my personal favorite. I can assure that events are being held regularly and effectively. We will be hiring new employees as i have seen many High Commands handling the creative department all by themselves which is not healthy. All the work should be divided among employees to reduce burden of work from an individual. This way we can be continuing a healthy Roleplay.
3) Journalism Department:
Hiring new employees will be top priority here, as this department has been a bit inactive. I want Journalism team to be more active icly and covering reports from around the city in their unique way. We will be Interviewing other organization Leaders and Deputies to maintain a good relationship with other organizations and all the articles will be carried out on time.
Additional:
1) I will be organizing small fun event exclusively for Lifeinvader employees to encourage and improve their RP experience.
2) I will be giving out regular bonuses to hardworking employees that always encourage them.
3) I will be promoting hardworking employees to ensure their believes in our organization.
