Rejected Demorgan for PG | Frederick Finklenuts

I was put in demorgan for PG. I had 2 cars chasing after me, and I think I heard one say pull over, but I couldn't fully hear him. Eventually I was CRed and was killed. I was placed in demorgan for PG. I talked to Satriko, and he said if I barely hear one person and there is two cars and I don't pull over it's PG. I was given no demands from weapons. I asked him why this would result in demorgan, and why it would be considered PG and not "Fail RP." I asked him if he could show me this regulation. He proceeds to say "check this" and blocks me. This is unacceptable for an admin, as it can ruin the reputation of an amazing RP server like this.
