Good afternoon, I was reported a few days ago for General Rule 3.1 and in the forum it says that it is 180 minutes of mute or 7 days of ban, it depends on the severity and I have been banned and on top of that they have given me double the sanction, giving me 7 days more than what is necessary, I would like to apologize to anyone who has been offended and I would ask to be unbanned so I can continue playing
