After Greetings,
I am writing to bring to your attention the permanent suspension of my account, Tommy Murphy, due to Anticheat #1010.
While at a family gathering, I was playing with friends when I accidentally triggered the anticheat mechanism or what we call it. During gameplay, I aimed at a distant target and attempted to switch weapons using the key assigned to ( 5 ) on my keyboard. However, I inadvertently pressed the ( R ) key, causing the weapon to unfortunately kill a nearby player. This unexpected action seems to have a bug or something that got me unexpected baned from the server side.
I kindly request a review of this incident as it was unintentional and not indicative of cheating behavior.
