- This organization embodies the values and objectives I stand for both, as an individual and future professional. The effort to bring innovation, diversity, and value to our community parallel my values of enabling technology and leadership to be drivers of change. Given that the opportunity to lead would mean that I could help to shape and elevate a vision to which I sincerely subscribe. so i know my experience this one of my reasons for apply Leader of LSPD and i get many other high ranks and responsibilities
- Running this agency is a high-profile perch for making fundamental, lasting policy changes This is because, the dynamics within the organization require that the resources and the appropriate backing be made available for pursuing the strategic initiatives that will produce a seismic shift in the organization and its external environment. I am well qualified for this role, as I excel in strategic planning, team building and innovative problem-solving, all of which make me capable of leveraging these opportunities to deliver meaningful results.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will take this organization the opportunity to develop RP for the following reasons:
HRT: This department would be responsible for hiring and training new officers.
IA: Until now, IA was sending strikes to the person whenever someone did a mistake and i think its not a right way to handle these type of stuff. Instead of rushing to condemn someone for a mistake, I think we should first talk to them and try to find out what happened. It will result in a less hostile work environment and… well, they will be able to recognise their mistakes, instead of just getting strikes and verbals and not being told what they did wrong. This department would be responsible for checking every officer work and would be acting as internal police to catch corruption officer in LSPD.
SWAT: They will be given lead in all events and this will not only for HCs but even for normal units. So basically if you were in SWAT and you want to lead an event but there are no SWAT HCs available then you will be able to lead the event. assumes responsibility for a minimum of 3 ghetto patrols per week. They will still have common training I will also be creating a sniper team within SWAT to utilize the snipers stationed in the warehouse during active hostage incidents. I have also felt that SWAT is great for grooming up and coming leaders who are in charge of leading events, managing a crowd, telling people what to do to ensure they are not running amuck.
Parking Enforcement: Cars will constantly move and Traffic Enforcement will handle towing of cars to avoid any car ramming. In addition, they are to install radars in several places where the rate of violators will be identified, also he will issue some fines on whoever breaks the law.
Public Relations: Interactions with the community, showing the citizens who we are, telling them our mission and most importantly, enjoying our time!
