Approved Fail rp, Searching with a weapon in hand | 1245, 31556

As you can see in the video the guy with id 1245 didnt do rp or said anything while reviving me like treating your wound or applying some bandages plus he gave something to his friend as you can see in the video while reviving me. Realistically you can only do one thing at a time and the guy with id 31556 searched with a weapon in his hand.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept part of the report
ID 31556 will be punished for Fail-RP but ID 1245 will not be punished as he had said "accept the medical service" which is still RP​
