Dear Mazhor,
My account has been blocked, im new player i just entered few days ago . About my Blacklist, i asked people how to earn money, they told me to buy lottery ticket because its on 50%discount and bought some tickets to earn money, I was not told that buying a lottery ticket is against the server rules and there was no announce that this was prohibited. I didnt have time to enjoy the game and will be happy when i get unbanned with wipe thank you for understanding.
