Dear managers, as you can see in the video, I am not in the green zone and I received a FL in RP warning because I speak Turkish, everything is understandable and acceptable so far, but I am calling our manager named Harrison to me for FL in RP. because the people next to me were speaking Turkish, and then the manager named Harrison give to them only silence . I asked him why he gave the silencing punishment just because I had a warning due to the same situation Sierra admin gave warn to me, and he gave the answer, which you can see in the screenshot, and I think there is no justice.

Give a warning to the Admins, which I asked you to do, because I was not in the green zone, and the manager is lying to me by saying that I was in the green zone . and it's unethical that he doesn't care about me after I told him I could show him a screenshot of the situation. either the people here are given the right punishment, or if there is a mistake, I want my warning to be deleted.
