Hello it has been a year since I was leader blacklisted for not finishing two of my leader terms and first wanted to say sorry for the way I acted as leader and how I lead my org, since it has been such a long time since I was blacklisted I've had time to reflect upon my skill as a leader and feel like I can manage a org properly and with better support from my side to help out as much as possible, if I am unblacklisted from being leader and if I do become a leader again I will make sure to create proper guidelines and rules for my org and run a strict policy so no conflicts start in my org again. I will make sure to have a trustworthy and experienced deputies to help carry the load of my organization and make sure to punish anyone that is out of line inside of my org and I will make sure to have good connections with every other organization and the citzens aswell, thanks for reading this and please give me one more chance, Lily Hill.
