I want to lead the National Guard for three main reasons. First, I am deeply committed to the safety and security of our community,
and leading the National Guard would allow me to enhance our defense strategies.
Second, I have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams,
which are crucial for maintaining discipline and operational efficiency.
Third, I am passionate about training and developing new recruits,
ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated to serve,
fostering a strong and cohesive team dedicated to our mission.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Yeah, National Guard is The Great Organization But i Think that can be improved Roleplay Level that we can't proccess a 10-15 We Have To Call And LSPD/SAHP/FIB Employee To Take 10-15 To DOC, We Don't want that everything should be easy for us
what to do in this organization just standing in the gate making sure no one come and take the ammunation we have? No! they come us To Troll Us Kill Us Doing VDM We Should Upgrade Us Who Will if WE won't? yeah that's all i want to say
