I don't think I'm wrong here because I shot at the man but I didn't hit him, but the man I shot didn't hit the bullet but the man shot at me, we shot at each other and he didn't get punished, I got punished,

I think the decision was wrong because I shot at the man in front of me and the man also fired and the bullet I fired did not hit the man, I did not cause any damage on purpose but the man said, "He killed me, he was not punished, I was punished."
