Dear Admin,

I am a regular player on the EN2 server. I have been playing for around 9 months. I opened some lottery tickets in the last update. My main account (ID: 116156) and my twink account (ID: 132396) were blacklisted after that. I thought there was a sale on the lottery tickets because of the new update. My main account was unbanned, but my twink account is still blacklisted. I am greatly sorry if I made any mistake.

I sincerely apologize for my mistake and hope you will take the necessary steps to unban me as soon as possible.
