I deeply regret my actions and would like to explain the circumstances that led to this violation. Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for using the gym bot. I understand that this behavior is against the game's rules and undermines the integrity of the community.
The reason I resorted to using the bot was due to some significant out-of-character (OOC) issues I have been facing. Recently, I have been under considerable stress due to personal matters and work-related challenges. These pressures made it difficult for me to keep up with the game's demanding missions and activities. In a moment of poor judgment, I decided to use the bot to cope with the situation, mistakenly believing it would help me manage my time and stress better.
I kindly ask you to consider my situation and reduce my punishment. If it's not possible to fully unban me right now, I would appreciate any reduction in the penalty period. I'm ready to follow any rules you set to show that I'm serious about playing fairly from now on.
