dear mazhor,

i got blacklisted cuz of lottery ticket,
i left the game in the last months cuz of my study, my friend told me there is an amazing update and there are a 50% discount on lottery ticket, i updated the game and start gathering the 15 gc and spending time for the 50h car then i tried the lottery ticket then got banned, i thought it was a discount as everyone said, im sorry for this miss understanding i wish u unban me and u can do a money wipe, i will be very happe if i got unbanned
