1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

Having been an active member of the role-playing (RP) community for 2 to 3 years, I have developed a deep appreciation for the intricate and essential role that admins play. Throughout my extensive experience, I have honed my skills and gained a thorough understanding of the dedication and expertise required to be an effective admin.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey in RP, which has been both long and fulfilling. This rich experience has prepared me well to take on new challenges and responsibilities. The recent sneak peeks into this exciting new project have sparked a great deal of enthusiasm in me. I am eager to contribute to its development and success.

I am confident that my background and passion for RP will enable me to make meaningful contributions. I am ready to step into this new role, embrace future opportunities, and help shape the project's success with my commitment and skills.


2. What are your strengths?

• One of my greatest strengths is my extensive experience and deep understanding of the role-playing (RP) community. Additionally, I believe my communication skills are a significant asset. I am adept at conveying my thoughts and ideas clearly to those around me, which is crucial for an admin role. Effective communication is essential for managing tasks and ensuring a cohesive and positive experience for all participants.

3. What are your weaknesses?
I do not think as such I have any serious weakness which might hinder me from performing my duty as a responsible admin. But I would like to put one think for it, I am little gentle towards everyone I interact with and I always look for making people understand what their mistakes might be and not directly jumping to the punishment, but if necessary I will not hesitated on taking any measure I had to for the smooth functioning of the project.

Here are some of the skills I will bring to the admin team:

• Prior understanding of the job of an admin because of previous experience

• Skill full in handling situation and working along side maintaining RP
• Good in handling team work and working as a leader.
