1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?
When I first flew into the city I was amazed about what it had to offer the players. Slowly I developed a liking for it and started playing more regularly. Initially, as a new player, I did have some minor rule breaks but slowly I understood the rules and didn't break any rules. I joined LSPD and climbed through the ranks till I reached CoS. A few terms later I applied for Leader and got it. Now that my 2 terms are almost coming to an end, I want to apply for an administrative position as it only promotes my liking and passion for helping newer players understand the rules and have a better experience overall. Even as a leader I have always tried teaching the newer people and keeping it a chill and fun experience. I believe that if I were to be given an administrative position it would only help me help people even more. I have spent countless hours on this project and across the various organizations I have been to I have always wanted to come back to LSPD as it was the only org I saw where I was able to help new players on a daily basis. Through all of my experiences, I have gained a good knowledge of most of the rules if not all of them.

What are your strengths?
I have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of both state-side and IC laws. I'm good at making decisions and usually take the time to assess a situation before jumping to conclusions. I'm a quick learner, which helps me pick up new things fast, and I can handle multitasking well. I have spent a lot of time playing on the project and understanding how the systems work.
What are your weaknesses?
I tend to overthink things and can be overconfident at times. I occasionally lack patience and have a short attention span. I also always feel the need to be doing something, which can make it hard for me to stay still and focused for long periods.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I am a very creative person who also likes doing events a lot. I am fair to all players no matter who they are but I do tend to be a bit more lenient on newer players. I am pretty good at remembering things and this can help in answering reports. I like going around looking for rule-breakers and scrolling through forums on a regular basis which might be helpful in clearing them up.
