my social club got hacked and it happened not only to me but to other players as well so I had to create a new rockstar games account and I couldn't get my account back even though I requested it from the rockstar games site so I deleted it and then I created a new social club account and I logged into the game and I mentioned it on the technical forum and then after I logged into the game
then I got banned again for this (GR 1.1) offense please help me I didn't do this on purpose I love playing this game

This is not the same offense that you were banned for, you got unbanned today and comitted GR1.1 right away another time. Therefore you received a new ban, nothing todo with the ban you were cleared for.

Considering it is a new offense, this is also not met:

• It has been more than 2 days since the issuance of the penalty (there are exceptions);

And the post you made has been posted by a different forum user as well, which suggests to me you are also breaking forum rules.

I didn't do anything like that, my social club account was stolen and I tried to get it back but I couldn't, then I asked for my social club to be deleted because my information was in other people's hands, then I opened a social club account again and when I tried to log in you banned me (GR 1.1) I opened a technical forum about it on an account (GR 1.1) I didn't do it with another account (GR 1.1)
