Rejected House scam

So One player told us that he is selling house for 500k I have the to buy it because it is in our budget so me and my friend go to the person who is selling the house. we have started the screen recording in in case if he scam us so we have the proof, so he tell us that you have to pass the money to me then I will give you the ownership of house when I pass the money then he told us that you have to go to the real state office with me so you have to claim house from real estate then we reach there, so he told us to restart the game that are house display in our statics when , when I restart my game I don't get the house I got scam by the player and he ran away , I have the full recording of that scenario , please help me to solve this and let me refund my money
