2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

• I want to become the leader of ballas because I was a leader of Vagos once and learned a lot at that time but unforntly at that time I had a lot of stress in my real life so I was forced to go disband to focus on my real life problems and now while I have the time I want to become a leader again to but my experience in work.
• In my last term I had one of the most strong teams in turf and Im planing to do the same in this term to get 100% turf.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• As I had it in my last term I made my members use the radio for the important stuff only and made it as professionally as possible it was the same with meeting points for events. I noticed in some gangs they will spam mp for events which made the members more and more pissed off and that made them leave the gang. I will not tolerate people spamming mps and using FL in radio/ rp radio.
• From the last term until today I got to know a lot of people and families who like me and will support me at any time that is why I will use it to get more numbers and activities.
• For ranks, I will give hc to those who deserve it and have a lot of experience in the server.
• I will work with other gangs and leos to do good rp and make better situations and experiences.
